It’s beginning to feel a lot like … Holiday Magic

As autumn fades to winter, Holiday Magic is heating up.  St. Louis’ newest holiday tradition returns to America’s Center from Dec. 3-5, and it will feature new attractions in addition to last year’s favorites.

Produced by the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission (CVC), Holiday Magic is a unique shopping and entertainment destination for families seeking festive activities and holiday cheer. Now in its second year, Holiday Magic has become the marquee event of the CVC, offering locals and visitors alike the chance to visit downtown and partake in this fabulous holiday celebration.

 

The three-day event will offer families hours of entertainment, with activities including:  a charming vendor district filled with holiday décor and shopping options; a full-size ice rink; rides on a trackless train; full-scale carnival rides; a ski lodge-themed beer and wine garden; hands-on arts and crafts projects for kids; and photo opportunities with Santa. Live entertainment options include local choirs, bands, musicians and dancers; cooking demonstrations; and a Holiday “Pet”Acular featuring performances by the Purina Incredible Frisbee Dog Team.

Here’s a look at the event dates and times:

  • Friday, Dec. 3, noon-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 4, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 5, noon-5 p.m.
