It’s that time of year again to get excited for the Roots n Blues n BBQ Festival in Columbia.

Roots n Blues n BBQ  is an outstanding annual festival featuring 27 internationally renowned musical “stars,” performing a variety of blues, country, bluegrass, gospel, folk and soul music on two main stages in Stephens Lake Park, the weekend of September 20-22.

Plus, there is a half-marathon, a 10k run, scrumptious barbecue and other food items, a full service bar, and a long list of specialty vendors.

Tickets are available online and at The Blue Note box office. Attendees ages 12 and younger are free.

BBQ

Friday: $40

Saturday: $45

Sunday: $40

Three-day pass: $75

Whole Hog pass: $250 (Includes three-day entry, up-front viewing at both stages, gourmet small-plates for lunch, dinner and brunch, private restrooms and a private bar.)

Bring your own seating.

Carry-in food and beverages (including water), noise makers, laser pointers, and professional recording equipment are not allowed.

There is no regular parking available at the park; however, shuttles run throughout downtown. ADA parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the Riechmann Pavilion Parking Lot, next to the ticket gate and festival entrance.
